We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Lafayette, LA, you will play a key role in driving new business acquisition and expanding our client portfolio. Leveraging your B2B sales expertise, you will identify and pursue opportunities to showcase our suite of digital services, forge strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our web design, SEO, and digital marketing services.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and industry verticals in Louisiana and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and business owners.
• Execute comprehensive needs assessments and engaging solution demonstrations to effectively communicate the distinctive value that Haketi’s services offer.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Haketi at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a digital agency, marketing, or technology (SaaS) environment is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Based in or near Lafayette, LA, with knowledge of the local business landscape.
