Strategic Asset Management Inc. (SAMI), a global management consulting firm with a rich 20+ year history, was operating with a WordPress website that was over a decade old. This legacy site failed to represent the sophistication of their proprietary Performance Culture™ model, honor the vision of their founder, and was functionally obsolete for modern users. Haketi was entrusted with a complete digital transformation: to redevelop a website that was not only technologically current but also effectively communicated SAMI’s unique story, global expertise, and unique value proposition.

The Client

Founded in 1996 by the late Brad Peterson, Strategic Asset Management Inc. (SAMI) is a premier global consulting firm dedicated to delivering sustainable performance improvement in industrial organizations. After two decades in Hartford, CT, SAMI relocated its World Headquarters to the greater Lafayette, LA, area. They are the creators of the renowned Performance Culture™ Pyramid model, a unique methodology that optimizes business processes and behaviors to help organizations achieve peak performance.

The Challenge

SAMI’s outdated website created a critical disconnect between their real-world authority and their online presence. This presented several major challenges:
