3. What is your pricing model and payment structure?

We work with fixed-scope milestone billing for custom redesigns and development projects, and predictable monthly retainers for ongoing Website Care and Growth.

• Fixed-price projects are divided into structured milestones (typically 50% deposit upon kickoff, milestone progress reviews, and final payment prior to production launch).
