Website terms, without the fog.
This website introduces Haketi, our work, and our services. A project begins only when Haketi and the client enter a separate written agreement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be legally able to enter an agreement in your location. If you use the site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with security, availability, performance, or the experience of other users.
- Introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use automated systems contrary to our instructions or applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, submit unlawful material, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
- Copy, republish, sell, or exploit site content except as permitted by law or with Haketi’s written permission.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, Haketi, clients, or other users.
3. Inquiries and client engagements
Submitting a form, scheduling a call, or exchanging messages does not create a client relationship, partnership, or obligation for Haketi to accept a project. Please do not send confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information before appropriate protections are in place.
Services, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership, warranties, support, and other project terms are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for the engagement.
Website descriptions, case studies, examples, and estimates are informational. Results vary by project, market, implementation, and factors outside Haketi’s control.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its original text, design, graphics, code, branding, and arrangement are owned by Haketi or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Haketi names, logos, and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or causes confusion without written permission.
Client names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in our portfolio does not transfer ownership.
Feedback and submissions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give Haketi permission to use it as needed to respond to your request, evaluate an engagement, operate the site, and provide agreed services. General feedback about the site may be used to improve our services without restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
5. Third-party services and disclaimers
The site may link to booking tools, social platforms, client websites, and other third-party services. Haketi does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Haketi does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haketi and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
6. Governing terms
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or applicable requirements. The updated date appears at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of this website, separate from any signed client agreement.
