Haketi Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Haketi Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Haketi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all individuals who are legal residents of Louisiana and are at least 18 years of age.
  • Employees of Haketi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How the Program Works

  • Registration: Upon signing up for the Program, the Referrer will be contacted for to confirm details of the referral program and how much will be earned for each web design client referred.
  • Successful Referral: A successful referral occurs when a new client (the “Referee”) signs a contract with Haketi for web design services and mentions your name as the person who sent them to us.
  • Rewards: For each successful referral, you (the “Referrer”) will receive the reward specified in the Program details at the time of the referral.
  • Reward Payment: Rewards will be paid within 30 days of the Referee’s payment for their web design services.

4. Referral Requirements

  • The Referee must be a new client to Haketi.
  • The Referee must sign a contract for web design services with Haketi within 60 days of being referred by the Referrer.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • You may not spam people with your referral link.
  • You may not misrepresent Haketi or its services.
  • You may not use any fraudulent or deceptive methods to obtain referrals.
  • You may not use the Program for any illegal or unethical purposes.

6. Termination

  • Haketi reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Haketi may terminate your participation in the Program if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

  • Haketi makes no warranties or representations about the Program.
  • Haketi is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Program materials.
  • Haketi is not liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Haketi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program.  

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Haketi harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.  

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

11. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Haketi with respect to the Program.

12. Contact Information

By participating in the Haketi Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
